Refund policy
At Candle Lume, each piece is hand-poured and made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in packaging your order, however, should your item arrive damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at candleluminescence@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If your refund is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
- Additional time may be required by your bank or credit card provider
