Every candle is designed to transform your space into a haven of tranquility and elegance, and all of our vessels are 100% reusable, offering both style and sustainability.
When can I expect my order?
We aim to ship your order within 48 business hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and updates.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, so you’ll always know the price before completing your purchase.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post, USPS or UPS depending on destination and selected shipping method:
- Ontario: Standard 1-3 business days | Express 1–2 business days
- Canada (outside Ontario): Standard 4–7 business days | Express 1–2 business days
- U.S.: Standard (USPS) 5–8 business days | Express (UPS) 1–2 business days
- International: Standard 4–7 business

Can I return or exchange my candle?
Every Candle Lume piece is hand-poured and made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
In the rare event your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at candleluminescence@gmail.com, so we can make it right.

How should I enjoy my candle safely?
To ensure a safe experience, burn your candle on a heat-resistant surface or container.
Never leave a burning candle unattended, and always keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Do you offer gift wrapping or custom creations?
Yes! Our candles can be elegantly gift-wrapped in brown paper for a refined presentation. Simply select the gift wrapping option at checkout.
